人の命か経済か。限られた資源(時間・お金・労働力)を有効活用するには、短期的に二者択一を迫られる場面もあった。頭では分かっていても、実際にはあれもこれもと手を出し、迷い悩んだ末に決断のタイミングを逃してしまい、結局、後手に回るという苦い経験をした人も少なくないのではないか。
コロナ禍で、これまでの社内業務が良くも悪くも「見える化」した。情報の偏在化が起き、社内コミュニケーションが難しくなり、ビジネスチャンスを逃す会社がある一方で、業務内容を抜本的に見直し社内連携のあり方が改善され、業績がアップした会社もある。
